Welcome to Speech Blubs Pro! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Speech Blubs Pro mobile application ("App") provided by Blub Blub Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
1. Introduction
Speech Blubs Pro is a free app designed to assist speech therapists, including speech therapy students, in their work. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms and can be downloaded from the respective app stores.
2. User Accounts
To use the App, you must create an account by providing the following information:
Email address
Password
First name and last name
Job title
Optional: Phone number (with an option to receive promotional messages, which is off by default)
Optional: Company name
By creating an account, you affirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the App as a speech therapist or related professional.
3. Use of the App
The App provides features to:
Create student profiles (nickname, year, and month of birth; no sensitive student data is collected).
Access free webinars, give feedback, and request new content or features.
Participate in the Pro Challenge, where therapists are rewarded for connecting with students through the App’s homework feature (participation requires opting in).
Receive support emails about App features and account verification.
License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Speech Blubs Pro solely for professional purposes as a speech therapist or related professional. You may not sublicense, distribute, modify, or use the App for unauthorized purposes.
Account Sharing
Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. While we do not currently restrict account sharing, we strongly recommend that each professional maintains their own individual account to ensure data integrity and security. Unauthorized sharing of accounts may result in account suspension.
4. Data Collection and Retention
We collect only the necessary data to provide and improve our services. The types of data collected include:
Data Collected from Therapists
Account information: Email, password, name, job title, optional phone number, and optional company name.
Analytics data: Used to monitor app performance, identify issues, and improve functionality.
Student Data
Only the student’s nickname, year, and month of birth are collected.
No personally identifiable or sensitive student data is required or stored.
We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed in compliance with applicable laws and only used for service improvement and research purposes.

Data Retention & Deletion Requests
We retain user data indefinitely unless a deletion request is made. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at pro@speechblubs.com.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Speech Blubs Pro is provided “as-is” and “as available.” While we strive to maintain reliability, we do not guarantee:
The app will always function without errors or interruptions.
The app will meet all of your specific needs.
Any defects will be corrected immediately.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any guarantees that the App will function without disruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blub Blub Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Damages related to any errors, inaccuracies, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including text, images, and features, is owned by Blub Blub Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are permitted to share App-generated content (e.g., on social media) without restrictions.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you via email and an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
